1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our website or engaging Eighty Leverage for consulting and development services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions, you must not use our services.
2. Consulting & Development Services
All structured agreements, project scopes, and deliverables will be bound by separate Statements of Work (SOWs) or formal proposals. These terms govern the general use of our digital platforms and initial engagement processes.
3. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed upon in a specific project contract, materials produced by Eighty Leverage remain our intellectual property until full payment is received and the transfer of rights is explicitly documented.
4. Governing Law
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Kenya, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.
